The expressed purpose of PCEA is to promote construction estimators as professionals. This is accomplished through educational programs for members, educational assistance for students in construction-related fields, publication of accomplishments of estimators, certification program and promotion of high moral and ethical events.

Our membership is varied with representatives from general contractors, concrete and masonry sales, highway/grading contractors, electrical and plumbing contractors, floor, ceiling, wall subcontractors, material suppliers and many others.
